Course Offerings
Students receive a balanced hybrid of electronic-learning, classroom instruction and dynamic, hands-on learning activities. From entry-level employees needing an understanding of fundamentals to journey-level employees seeking to develop advanced skills, the AEP Transmission Training Center can help. Special emphasis is placed on mastering job function skills, with a human performance or error-reduction perspective. In the classroom and physical training environments, students can correct and learn from errors without facility or business risk.
